1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cyber Scripts ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Cyber Scripts provides a web-based Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) system for FiveM roleplay servers. The Service includes:

• Hosted MDT web application accessible via custom subdomain
• Database storage for your server's records
• Technical support via Discord
• Regular updates and maintenance

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered through paid subscription plans:

• Monthly: Billed monthly, can be cancelled anytime
• Yearly: Billed annually at a discounted rate
• Lifetime: One-time payment for permanent access

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and may be subject to change with notice.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Requests made within 7 days of purchase
• Service did not function as described
• Technical issues we cannot resolve

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after 7 days
• Violation of these Terms resulting in account termination
• Partial subscription periods

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload malicious code or content
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all code, design, graphics, and content, is owned by Cyber Scripts and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Your data (civilian records, reports, etc.) remains your property. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance)
• Emergency repairs
• Circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse our support team or other users

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of your billing period.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBER SCRIPTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyber Scripts from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts located within the United States.
